Terms of Payment

Credit Card : payment by credit card is entirely controlled by Gestpay Banca Sella through interface software Transaction, 128 bites for second, protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), guarantee of the best security. Therefore it is excluded the possibility of tracing reserved informations, being data of credit card only and exclusively controlled by Banca Sella.

Bank Transfer : in case of payment with bank transfer, send receipt of payment by fax to 0039 81 546 13 06 or by e-mail to info@meridiarte.com.

Opting-out-clause

Pursuant to Section 5 of Legislative Decree (D.lgs) no. 185 of 22 May 1999, the purchaser is entitled to withdraw from a web-processed contract without penalty and without having to specify the reason for such withdrawal within ten working days of the date the goods are received. The right to terminate a contract may be exercised by a notice to be served by registered mail, return receipt requested, upon the MeridiArte address.

The notice concerned must state the customer’s wish to avail him/herself of the provisions of the aforesaid law, the articles purchased, the date the order was placed and the bank details (current account number, ABI and CAB codes) of the bank account to be credited. The notice concerned can be dispatched by telegram, telex or fax within the stated term provided within 48 hours it is followed up by a registered letter confirming the customer’s wish to withdraw from the contractUpon the MeridiArte address.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The cost of sending the returned goods, including duties and/or import taxes possibly payable thereon, is to be entirely and exclusively borne by the purchaser. Once the goods have been received intact and in their original packaging, MeridiArte will credit the amount paid by the purchaser to the latter's account by banker's draft as quickly as possible, in any case within thirty days of the date when MeridiArte was notified of the purchaser's wish to withdraw from the contract.

Payment is always made in advance according to the following conditions:

Purchase is possible only by User registration. Orders are computer-based by confirmation received of the goods chosen by the Purchaser, and by verification of shipment conditions.
For every single order MeridiArte is to send an e-mail in confirmation of the order with the whole conditions and data of the good purchased.
